Its pretty, as it should be, but this seems like an inauspicious time to be launching a new ultra-luxe marque. Best of luck to them, anyway.

Oh man. I saw this earlier today. Assumed it was a student project at first. Wonder who owns the FV name, these days. And who might be building it.

Yeah, but the company needs to raise seed money to get started, hire contractors to build out a factory, buy equipment , source components,  hire staff, etc., all of which is nearly impossible right now.

Also, there were still plenty of rich people all through the last Great Depression, but loads of luxury automakers still went out of business. Even the wealthy tighten the belt in hard times, and there was also a social taboo against significant conspicuous consumption when 1/4 of the country was out of work.
